My Thoughts: Isn't it Funny...

Isn't it funny how something so random can sometimes inspire you? I have approximately 1 billion pillows on our bed (ok, an exaggeration) and when I take them off the bed for the night, I stack them like this on a chair next to the bed. I woke up the other morning and was looking at them like this and it gave me an idea for a mosaic for the upcoming Mosaic Monday. Now, hopefully my mosaic idea will actually turn out and look cool, but one never knows!
Sometimes I plan and plan an idea and then it doesn't really turn out as I pictured and other times I have thrown something together in less than five minutes and it turns out fabulous. Creative endeavors, I have found, are a constantly shifting thing for me, with an ebb and flow all their own. Sometimes I feel flush with great ideas and sometimes it's a dry well of frustration.
I'm hoping I can pull this one off as I planned. :-)
If not, there's always another chance to scrap it and start over!
